The HXGN17-12 AC Metal Ring Main Unit switchgear (Load switch) (abbreviated as Ring Main Unit) is a new type of high-voltage switchgeardeveloped to meet the needs of urban power grid renovation and construction.In power supply systems,it is also used for interrupting load curentsand short-circuit curents, as well as closing short-circuit currents. This ring main unit is equipped with FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switcheswith a spring-operated mechanism that can be manualy or electrically operated, Grounding switches and isolating knives are equipped with manuaoperating mechanisms, This ring main unit features strong system integration, compact size, no risk of combustion or explosion, and reliable “five.prevention” functions.

This ring main unit complies with the relevant provisions of GB3906 “3-35kV Ac Metal-Enclosed Switchgear” and lEc60420 “High-voltage AC LoadSwitch-Fuse Combination Units” standards.
