Q1. What oil-immersed transformers does SHENDIAN manufacture?
Three-phase oil-immersed transformers for 10, 20 and 35 kV systems — distribution ratings from 30 to 3150 kVA, larger 35 kV power units per project. Series: S13, S20, S22 and SH15 amorphous-alloy. Fully sealed, maintenance-free designs. Factory since 2007.

Q2. Oil-immersed or dry-type — which should I choose?
Oil-immersed units cost less and dissipate heat better — ideal for outdoor sites. Dry-type units are oil-free and fire-safe — preferred indoors. We build both; tell us your site conditions and we’ll recommend.

Q3. Which standards do your transformers comply with?
IEC 60076 series — Part 1 (general), Part 2 (temperature rise, ONAN), Part 3 (insulation levels), Part 5 (short-circuit withstand), Part 10 (sound level), Part 20 (energy efficiency). Factory certified to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and CE.

Q4. Can voltage ratio and capacity be customized?
Yes. Common ratios include 10/0.4, 20/0.4, 6/0.4, 35/0.4 and 35/10.5 kV. Distribution capacity 30–3150 kVA; custom ratings per project.

Q5. Copper or aluminum windings?
Both. Copper is standard on higher ratings for short-circuit strength; aluminum is available as a cost-down option.

Q6. Do you offer energy-efficient models?
Yes. S20 / S22 low-loss series, plus SH15 amorphous-alloy core — cuts no-load losses by up to 60% and has passed the national short-circuit test.

Q7. What accessories are included?
Standard: radiator, sealed or conservator tank, terminal box. Optional: off-circuit / on-load tap changer, temperature indicators, oil level gauge, protective enclosure.

Q8. Are the transformers suitable for cold climates?
Standard units work down to −25°C. Low-pour-point insulating oil (−45°C grade) is available for extreme-cold regions.

Q9. What tests are performed before shipment?
Every unit passes routine tests before leaving the factory. Type tests are arranged per project and completed before shipment — reports delivered with the goods.

Q10. What are your MOQ, lead time and warranty?
MOQ: one unit — we are a factory, trial orders welcome. Lead time: 30–45 days standard ratings, 60–90 days custom. Warranty: 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first.

Export-standard plywood crate or nude packing with waterproof plastic film and steel banding. The transformer is fixed on a steel base frame with lifting lugs. Suitable for sea, air, and land transport. Custom labeling and palletization available per destination country requirements.
